Hampstead knows Spook. He knows that Spook won’t show himself (and especially not Silk) to any Indigeni. He’s hoping that Spook has killed someone here…if not to eat, then to give their clothes to Silk.

Oh, Spook, how are you gonna outwit Hampstead? I’m scared for you.

As an aside: the klik klik sound effects in panel one are these four cowboys loading their guns. I was gonna put in a close up, but I totally rushed this page. Just drew it yesterday! Sorry. 🙁

I’ll put that close up on the next page, I promise. Until then, let me know why you think four rough-looking cowboys are up at this early hour, loading up a bunch of pistols and rifles.
